With over a decade of experience as a certified Nutrition Consultant and Health Coach, I am passionate about working with people to help them find their healthiest self. My journey of nutrition and optimal health came after my daughter was diagnosed with cancer at the age of six. I realized the benefits that healthy, whole, nutrient-dense foods have on total wellness.
As a Certified Nutrition Consultant, I enjoy working with people to help them find their healthiest self. My nutrition consultation expertise includes weight loss, blood sugar regulation, hormone health, migraines, digestive disorders, and healthy recipe and meal planning.
As a Certified Integrative Health & Well-Being Coach, I realize the importance of exploring every aspect of your life that impacts your health and well-being including stress reduction, emotional well-being, sleep, nutrition exercise, and purpose and fulfillment. My role as a Health Coach and an expert in behavior change is to support my clients as they develop new insight and create a health plan and action steps that align with their unique vision, values and goals in a supportive and safe environment.
I received my Nutrition Coaching certification from Bauman College in Berkeley. I am certified as a Integrative Health & Well-Being Coach from Duke Integrative Medicine. I have a BA in Sociology and an MBA.
When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy hiking, resistance and strength training, reading, healthy cooking, and spending quality time with my family and friends.

As your Nutrition Coach while I consider all aspects of your lifestyle (exercise, sleep, stress), we focus on your nutrition goal(s) such as weight loss, blood sugar regulation, hormone health, digestive issues, high cholesterol and other chronic health conditions. Based on our sessions together, I will provide nutrition advise and recommendations as well as healthy meal plans and recipes that fit your lifestyle.
As your Health Coach, we look at your overall health goals including nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, purpose, and fulfillment and purpose, and together, we prioritize an area of focus. Our sessions will be designed to encourage learning and self-discovery. As the client, you are the expert in your own life and know what’s best for you. My role as a coach and an expert in behavior change is to support you as you develop new insight and create a health plan and action steps that align with your vision, values and goals. I will not provide you with expertise or recommendations, but empower you in working towards self-determined health goals.

Almost all of my meetings are done on Zoom. This provides face-to-face interaction, but is also more efficient use of both of our time. This also allows me to consult with clients nationwide.
